CONDITIONS OF SALE

The sale will be made expressly in cash: the successful bidder undertakes to pay personally and immediately the price of the adudication

as well as the following sales costs and taxes: 27% including VAT and for books 23.74% including VAT.

VAT at the current rate is due in addition.

For lots outside the EEC (indicated by v in the catalogue), import VAT (5.5% of the hammer price) must be added.

VAT on commission and import VAT can be passed on to the buyer on presentation of proof of export from the EEC.

In case of purchase via the DrouotLive website, a fee of 1.20% VAT will be added to the above-mentioned fees.

In the event of payment by credit card, in particular UnionPay, any bank charges shall be borne by the buyer.

Means of payment :

DEFAULT OF PAYMENT

In the event of non-payment of the amount of the auction and the costs, a formal notice will be sent to the buyer by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt
