A pair of matching porcelain vases with a polychrome decoration depicting an Oriental scene featuring a standing Chinese woman surrounded by children having a snack or playing. The scene is surrounded by flowering tropical plants, framed by foliage and garlands of flowers; on the reverse, a mascaron depicting a man and a woman overlooks a shell or a cup pouring water onto seashells and fruits. Cold-applied decoration with a matte finish. Gold fillet on the upper rim and at the base.
