Clock with Love carried by a swan
In gilt bronze with patina. The enamel dial, signed Gaulin in Paris, features Arabic numerals for the hours and minutes. It is supported by an arch finished with scallops. Richly decorated with gilded bas-reliefs, featuring young girls with jugs, archers and palm trees. The whole rests on a rectangular base with small flattened feet.
Early 19th century.
