Parrot clock - Lot 208
Parrot clock in chased and gilded bronze. The enamel dial, signed N.L. GUILLEMAIN A PARIS, features Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes. It is framed by acanthus and sunflowers and topped by a parrot. It rests on an openwork rocaille showing a dog chasing a deer. Louis XV period. Height: 42 cm (movement as is, minor wear)
