After Joseph-Siffred DUPLESSIS (1725-1802) & Charles Clément BERVIC (1756-1822), Engraver Portrait of Gabriel Sénac de Meillan (1736-1803) administrator and writer, second son of Jean-Baptiste Sénac, first physician to King Louis XV. Burin engraving. Height 49 Width 34 cm For comparison, an identical engraving is preserved at the Musée de la Révolution française in Vizille. Joint: an unframed engraving by Gabriel Sénac de Meillan, after Duplessis, and an early engraving of the "Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen". (small tears).
