Lounge furniture including : A. Suite of four armchairs with high rectangular backs, in gilded wood, decorated with acanthus leaves and lambrequins. The arms are sinuous. They rest on cambered legs finished with sabots. Early 18th century. (restorations, a few chips, wear to the gilding). They are upholstered in old tapestry with polychrome decoration of flowers, fruit, foliage and a ewer. Early 18th century. (restorations, one foot broken) B. High-backed sofa with gilded wood ears. Resting on eight cambered legs terminating in sabots. Early 18th century. (restorations, chips) Upholstered in old tapestry with polychrome decoration of floral bouquets, pomegranates, fruit, branches, poppies, lions and roosters. Early 18th century.
