[JUILLETE]. Nouveau recueil de troupes qui forment la garde et maison militaire du Roy, de Monsieur et Monseigneur le comte d'Artois... Paris, Chez Juillete, rue de Bièvre place Maubert s'adresser à la Mde de Tabac, [ca. 1780], in-4°, olive green morocco, military attributes (bundles of arms, drums, flags...) on a piece of red, lemon and green morocco, decoration of gilded irons on a dotted background on either side of the attributes, arms in the center, five-nerved spine, 5 boxes decorated with the same fleur-de-lys, one box titled "Revu des troup / 1775", pink tabis lining and endpapers, gilt edges (antique binding). Engraved suite of a frontispiece and 14 plates: The whole, mounted on mitered boards, has been colorized. It has been placed in a superb mosaic binding, the boards of which have been embossed with the royal coat of arms. It has survived in excellent condition. Lining and endpapers renewed. Binding quoted by Louis Michon, described as follows: "Empty binding. DENTELLE. Louis XVI (with arms). Rahir I, 118 / (pl.). Remontée sur Juillete. Nouveaux recueil de troupes... / (1775).
