RENÉ HERBST (1891-1982) Large varnished walnut secretary cabinet on plinth and stepped side panels with two flaps, interior storage and a drawer in the front. 100cm x 34cm and height 173cm. Boutique René Herbst décoration, Paris, 1927. Stains, small dents, elements of the plinth to be reattached and a slight lack in the lower rear part of a side panel. N.B. : Model executed for the Carron Sœurs fashion store on boulevard Haussmann in Paris in 1927.
