RENÉ HERBST (1891-1982) Glazed ceramic flared-neck cylindrical vase decorated in shades of white and brown with a wide band and horizontal geometric spirals. Height 19.5cm. Enameled monogram signature on reverse, 1925. Small enamel chips and chips around the neck. N.B. : Model presented at the Exposition Internationale des Arts Décoratifs in Paris in 1925, in the "René Herbst n°27" boutique in the "Rue des Boutiques" on the Pont Alexandre III under the direction of Maurice Dufrêne.
