Salvador DALI (1904-1989) The premonition of the drawers, 1973 Bronze with green patina, signed , E.A. 20,5 x 39 cm The clock is a sculpture in patinated bronze, light green, designed by Salvador Dali from a drawing dated 1934, The premonition of the drawers. Made by the sculptor Onelio Vignando, the bronze was cast by the Valsuani house in Paris. The work was published in eight copies, plus four artist's proofs, by the André-François Petit gallery (Paris). A special model of watch, equipped with an electronic tuning fork movement, was built by Omega to be inserted into the sculpture. Note that the bean on top of it unscrews to allow it to be removed.
